Join the Revolution in Storytelling

About Call Sheet Media

Call Sheet Media is a full-service film production company specializing in the development and production of high-quality, story-driven content. We produce projects in-house with budgets of up to $7.5 million, allowing us to maintain creative control and ensure a high standard of execution across all phases of production—from script development to post-production.

For larger-scale projects that exceed our in-house budget threshold, we strategically partner with other production companies, financiers, or distributors to co-produce and bring those projects to market. In some cases, we may also choose to option or sell promising projects to other top-tier industry players. These partnerships allow us to scale up production while ensuring the project reaches its full commercial and creative potential.

This hybrid model—combining in-house production with collaborative partnerships—gives us the flexibility to support a diverse range of stories and formats, from independent features to mainstream theatrical releases.

About the CSM Mentor Program

The CSM Mentor Program is a philanthropic initiative developed by Call Sheet Media with a mission to support and empower emerging storytellers in bringing their creative visions to market. This program is not profit-driven; rather, it serves as a platform to nurture fresh talent and provide access to the kind of professional guidance typically reserved for established industry insiders.

Selection into the program is highly competitive and based primarily on the strength of your story concept and your ability to effectively communicate and pitch your ideas. We are not looking for polished screenwriters alone—we are seeking individuals with compelling voices, original perspectives, and the passion and perseverance to see their stories through development.

What sets the CSM Mentor Program apart is the extraordinary network of industry professionals who contribute their time and expertise. Our mentors include experienced directors, producers, screenwriters, development executives, and other seasoned creatives who volunteer their time to provide participants with mentorship of the highest caliber. These professionals offer practical insights, constructive feedback, and real-world knowledge that can’t be found in textbooks or classrooms.

The program is structured to provide participants with the tools, training, and support they need to elevate their projects to a professional level. Whether you are in the early stages of development or preparing a script for submission to studios or production partners, the CSM Mentor Program is designed to walk you through every step of the journey—empowering you not only to complete your project, but to position it for real industry opportunity.

The Old Way vs. The New Way

We are innovators, renegades, and entrepreneurs. Determined to disrupt traditional Hollywood, we have created a new path for storytellers without industry connections to get their ideas produced.

The Old Way: Hollywood is a closed network. Search IMDb for your favorite movies—writers often have previous credits or agents. Without credits, agents won’t take you on, and production houses won’t sign you without an agent or past credits. Hollywood perpetuates its own cycle.

The New Way: Many storytellers have fantastic ideas that deserve to be made into movies. How do you break through Hollywood's brick wall? The answer is Call Sheet Media. We have the connections and financing to bring undiscovered talent to the screen.

Bring Us Your Idea

We welcome all genres: thriller, comedy, documentary, horror, drama, crime, action, fantasy, romance, sci-fi, adventure, and all sub-genres. No idea is excluded—your hidden gem could be waiting to be discovered.

You don't even need a finished script. We often prefer working with raw ideas, developing them together. Your assigned CSM Mentor will nurture and guide you along the way.

We Are Mentors

We are truly mentors, selecting just 5-7 people every six months to provide expert guidance. We specifically seek individuals with no previous credits or agents, offering them a unique opportunity to get their concepts produced.

Proven Success for Program Graduates

Hundreds of storytellers have applied to the CSM Mentor Program, and only a select few have had the opportunity to interview. From those applicants, nine exceptional individuals were chosen, and all have secured either an option or a sale contract for their projects—a 100% success rate. This remarkable achievement highlights our commitment to providing the guidance, expertise, and support necessary to help our participants succeed in the competitive world of filmmaking and screenwriting.

How Call Sheet Media Profits

You are part of an elite group of applicants because we believe in your potential. We invest significant time and effort in your project. Acting as your agent, we take a 15% commission from the value of your contract deal. For example, if your contract amount is $500,000, Call Sheet Media will collect a commission of $75,000.
